59 Boko Haram Members Killed In Damaturu, Nigeria

Army Kills 59 Boko Haram Members in Damaturu, Nigeria.

The Joint Task Force set up to quell the Boko Haram menace rocking the Northern part of the country, in the early hours of yesterday, launched a successful operation on the sect’s operational stronghold in Damaturu, Yobe state, killing 59 of  the sect members and destroying their armoury, Chief of army staff, Lt. General Azubuike Ihejirika said, Friday.

What are our northern leaders doing, or are they not the elders of those youths? Except if someone is saying those youths are not exactly from Nigeria. One fact is clear though. Guns and tanks can not settle this one. If importunately there is no one who can call the boys to other like their south south counterparts, then i guess the army should dig in for a long drawn battle.
