Like the saying goes, "when breeze blow, fowl n***sh go show". It turns out James Ibori was once a common cashier at a do it yourself store, from were he was convicted of stealing a credit card. After his sentence, he came back to Nigeria, forged fake credentials to hide his conviction, and then ran for governorship. Remember that time he was being accused of being an ex-convict, and people said it was his enemies at work, well turns out the allegations were true.

Now he faces a long sentence if convicted, having pleaded guilty to a ten count charge of fraud, including stealing 158m pounds.

Ibori was arrested in Dubai were he was bargaining to buy a 20m Pound Private jet, he is to be sentenced in April. His wife Theresa Ibori, sister Christine Ibori-Idie, mistress Udoamaka Okoronkwo and London-based solicitor Bhadresh Gohil have all been convicted of money laundering.
